CONCESSION (Benefits, Students)

We want to ensure that people who may be struggling financially to purchase a ticket can still enjoy Faeland concerts! Concessions tickets are accessible for people on the following criteria:
- Pension Credit - this is not the same as a State Pension, which is not covered by our concession ticket. Pension Credit is a grant from the government that gives you extra money to help with your living costs if you’re over State Pension age and on a low income.
- Universal Credit - Universal Credit is the new combined benefit system that covers multiple previous benefits, including Child Tax Credit, Housing Benefit, Income Support, income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA), income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), and Working Tax Credit. If you haven’t yet migrated onto it and are on one of the previous benefit pathways, you are still eligible for a concession ticket.
- Disability Benefit - a catch-all term to describe the following benefits:
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
- Attendance Allowance
- ‘new style’ Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income Support or Job Seekers allowance - Income Support is an old type of benefit which is being phased into Universal Credit. Job Seekers Allowance is a government benefit to help people while they are out of work and looking for roles.
- Students - studying at school, college or university and have some identification to prove this.

Accessibility: The church is wheelchair accessible via the park beside. The indoor toilet is also wheelchair accessible.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled or re-scheduled.
